Have booked cab in today morning 17 june 2017 at around 11 to shankar maharaj math dhankawadi from vishal nagar, driver called me and told me he will be at my place in 5 mins and all of sudden cab get cancled and there was message that i have to pay 64rs even though driver cancled cab. Then i have booked another cab to same sankar maharaj math, dhankawadi, it was showing 250 rs approximate fair, i took cab. After some time driver was saying destination location seems to incorrect i have to update it to dhankawadi, when i have updated it, it was updated with message 1.4x surcharge and final fair was 484.51 rs + 64 rs =548.51so they took additional charge and surcharge too. 1) cab was cancelled that is not my problem 2) they don't have proper location in search bar for shankar maharaj math dhankawadi which cause me additional money 3) inconvenience due to cab cancle regards, nilesh Was this information helpful? |
