I had the worst experience with #uber. Took a ride on 6th of october 2017 from green park. My estimated ride cost prior to the ride was rs *2/- (Have a screen shot). After the ride the driver mr bhagirath ([protected]) even before ending the trip fooled me saying he had already taken another trip and asked me to pay the amount shown before the commencement of the trip. I had paid him rs *2/- by cash.
Later on uber app is showing an outstanding bill of
Rs *1/- for the trip. When i called the driver at this aforementioned number he told me it is none of his business and to get me resolve it through #uber
#uber 'help' did not 'help' me much. It said this 👇

On checking this, i see that the trip you are referring to was a non-cash visa 6425 trip. Riders are expected to pay by the payment method chosen before they request a ride.
The riders on our platform are required to pay according to the payment method they choose at the time of requesting the ride and any cash paid on a non cash is considered to be a transaction outside the system.
Unfortunately, we cannot go ahead with a refund.in order to avoid such issues in the future, please confirm the payment method you choose before requesting the ride.
Appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Well i had taken a ride just before this ride on the same day where also i had paid by cash.
Even for this trip i had paid by cash to the driver. #harrased #uber
