This incident happened yesterday 23-may-2016.
My experience :
After booking the cab around 8 pm, i got a call from driver that he is not interested to go to destination point and ask me to cancel the ride. I told him to cancel from his mobile and if i cancel i will charged with extra 60 rs.
He told i will not get charged. Later, the driver told he can cancel the drip after 10 min "as the customer has not boarded the cab". I have waited for 10 min and again i have called the driver. But, he is not responding. So, as per driver suggestion i canceled the trip. After canceling the trip, my uber account shows -60 due amount. I have attached uber bill to this complainant.
Firstly, "why should i pay 60 rs for uber driver, if the driver is not interest to take us on the trip". When driver is not interested to take a pick up. He should not accept the trip. Wasted my money and wasted my time.
Driver name : ashok kumar and number : [protected], i need my money back and dint expect this thing from uber.
I want soon reply for this and take a good action. Never again such things should happen.
I hope for a better response...
