Respected Sir/Madam,
This is regarding an Uber trip which started and ended with us boarding the Auto. The driver did not call us and started the trip without us, and the amount got debited from my account.

The response from Uber is "As the trip started and ended in the exact place selected by me, they are unable to refund". Even after complaining multiple times through Uber Support, they are not ready to refund back the amount unethically debited from my PayTM account or reach a logical solution.
I agree that the trip would have started and ended in the exact place selected by me. But the important point is there were no passengers (us). Then what is the logic for us to pay for the trip which started without us without even giving us a phone call.
Could you please contact Uber and help me get the refund of the amount back to my paytm account ? I believe I am right as well as logical.
