Thanks for reaching out and i'll be happy to clarify.
When you request an uber, the price displayed in the app at the beginning of the trip is the fare you'll be charged for the ride. These fares are calculated dynamically, based on your pickup and drop off locations.
The calculation includes time, distance, local conditions (Traffic, road blocks) and historical data in their city. Please note that your upfront price includes any applicable dynamic pricing in effect when demand is high.

As per the terms of promotion, uberpass flat fare of inr 149.00 of[censored]nder 15 kms.
In this case however, since trip taken was more than 15 kms, unfortunately, i will not be able to retroactively apply this promotion to the trip.

Ubergo showed rs. 212/- and pass showed rs. 202. This route is notmal route which i take it every day then where is the question of taking longer route. How can the support team be so incompetative in understanding the issue. Its okay if i don't get the refund but atleast acknowledge the issue! Else i will havr to voice my opinions on social media!

Apologies for the confusion around the requested promotion uberpass 149.
As per the terms of promotion, you will be charged inr 149 for travelling upto 15km.
In this case, however, since your trip 17.15km, unfortunately, i will not be able to retroactively apply this promotion to the trip.

I have already described the issue. The distance from aundh to karve nagat is less than 15 kms. My ususal route for which uberpass always has been 149. This time it showed also high and charged high. Please go through past records before sending inappropriate answer. Thanks

Kindly see the trip details. It is my ususal trip. While booking iyself it showed hugher value. Please provide me customer care number to escalate it further. I do not think proper analysis is done of the. Issue

Share additional details: uberpass was supposed to be of 149/-. It was of higher value. Also rather than just through system you need to provide personal assistance by providing customer care number
