Uber India — Uber Promo Code not Applied in Fare

I have an issue with my latest Uber ride. I was availing a promotion from Uber according to which 20% of fare would be discounted 5 times until 13th Nov. I was given the discount for 3 times but in the 4th ride i was not given the promotional discount. Can you please check what is wrong.

My Trips taken are as below. Discount only given 3 times. :-

1) Yesterday at 1 PM : Rs 170.06 ----- NO Discount
2) Thursday at 12:42 PM : Rs 169.52 ------ Discount Given
3) Wednesday at 1.03 PM : Rs 162.[protected] Discount Given
4) Tuesday at 1:22 PM : Rs 151.[protected] Discount Given
5) Monday at 5:55 PM : Rs 0.0 ----- Trip Cancelled

Please check and revert.

I was on free ride promo on UBER CHENNAI and driver charged me 85 rupees instead. Driver name : Purusothaman. My mobile is : [protected] and took a ride today.
Need to get the amount reverted to my account.
