Yesterday (01-feb-2017) I booked a uber cab using nokia lumia 525, first I have selected payment mode CASH but application showed me to change payment option, hence after some time I have changed it to Paytm. But after that my account got blocked automatically and I have to pay by cash to the driver. I have sent a mail to uber via help.uber.com & the uber representative mailed me saying that - as i have violated the rule hence account blocked.
When i replied him to inform me the reason of violation. They came back saying it is a system generated, we can't help in this.
This is very disappointing, even if customer want to know the reason and want to reactive his account once again, uber representative is saying nothing is in their hand.
That means uber is least bothered about their customer. and I think that is why they do not have any customer care call center present. Was this information helpful? |
