I book a ride from mira road to mumbai on 26/10/2019 at 06:20 pm - allocated a car no : mh04hy1217 - driver name : manoj - mobile no : [protected] as per uber privacy policy drop location address should be shared post starting a ride but driver called me and ask for drop location which i denied to disclose. Because some times once we tell the drop location on phone, driver cancel the ride without informing the passenger. After multiple call with driver, driver said he will not come, nor cancel the ride due to which i was not able to book another cab. My family and me waited at road more than 45 minutes and no help from uber. Once we cancel the ride and book another cab same car no : mh04hy1217 - driver name : manoj - mobile no : [protected] allocated again. Driver and service from uber is very unprofessional and we face a problem as my wife was pregnant and face lot of trouble.
