1) more that 5 times, i paid an extra amount of rs30, the message comes to the driver as balance of the last ride or so.
2) from your side, many times, cab gets cancelled and you are charging extra (Rs 30) from the customer on the subsequent ride
3) the cab don't reach the customers destination in time and as a result you are forcefully taking extra of rs30 from the customer even if the driver cancels the trip, you are charging from the customer extra
4) today i booked an auto from new boag road (Chennai) to dr nair street, i waited for the auto but did not turn up and after few minutes, from your side the message came to give the feedback of the driver. Without even using the service, you are asking for feedback.
Finally, you can check in your system my details and repay the full amount you have charged extra. If not solutions are being made out, im going to file a complaint against uber and also where ever i can including ola, i will give the experience i got with your service Was this information helpful? |
