Uber India — uber trip cancelled but cancellation charges claimed by uber

On 21 november 2019 i tried from my cell [protected] at chennai ashoknagar in uber schedule around 1330 hours for booking a car around 1615 hrs to go from my residence 18 lic colony ashoknagar 11th avenue to sundaram temple at raja annamalaipurm. Before i confirm my trip uber taxi came to my house 1345 hrsiself and hence i cancelled trip and told driver. Anyhow you charged around rs 45 for cancellation.
