Uber India — ubereats cancelled my order without my permission.

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

They cancelled my order. By saying, delivery partner would not able to deliver the food without my permission against there policy. They have not paid any compensation, they just informed me and cancelled my delivery. Order no. : 86e5f. They should porovide new delivery partner by themselves. Otherwise new order will take double time (I got late for work).

The driver dropped off in the wrong drop point
And argued with me and was very rude
I am very disturbed with this because I was coming to my home from doctor check up after serious injury in my shoulder
Kindly please look into this matter very seriously.
I am very disappointed after this incident.
