Uber India — Unable to Make payment in the App

Hi. I have been unable to make payment in the Uber app due to some technical issue. I have raised the same through the Support function in the App. But the issue has not been resolved for more than a month now and am unable to use the App. After raising the issue multiple time I am getting the same useless reply that "we will resolve it shortly" but no avail.
