On 16th aoril i had booked your cab at sahar international airport and was allotted a vehicle. The app indicated that in 2 minutes the taxi would arrive, however, as there was no sign of the cab, i tried calling the driver. The first time the phone was just ringing and went unanswered for 5 minutes. I then called again only to find that the driver's phone was switched off. After waiting for 15 minutes, i had no option but to cancel the booking.
I had on 18th april sent a email informing me about the same and was informed that the amount of rs. 47.25 charged would be credited to me.
I find that till date the amount is shown as due from me and as a result i am unable to make any bookings.
Kindly revert back on the same else i would delete the app. Was this information helpful? |
