Hi Team,
With utmost dis-satisfaction I am writing this complaint as yesterday night (28-May-2017 booked at 10:52pm IST) I had an emergency and wanted to take my son to Hospital.
I booked and waited for the Cab over 20 mins and in last driver called up and speak very rudely and denied my trip as he wanted to go in some other direction.
This is not acceptable at all and on top of that your application doesn't allows to take any customer feedback if driver is rude or cancelling out trip.
I think UBER should look into this and try to improve on these inconvenience.
Including fellow driver number: [protected] if it helps in your investigation and take some legitimate action..
