Uber India — Unecessary charges

On 18/4/2016 at 8:12am I had I
Ordered uber but he made me wait for 30mins saying he is reaching n later calls n says he cannot reach n asked me to proceed .if I haven't cancelled d trip den why am I charged
Though I'm happy wit the service so far n wish to b ur regular customer ...I hope d charges wud b waived off
