Dear Sir / Madam
I had booked a trip with UBER and i got confirmation for UBER accepting the booking @ 05/05/2017 23:00 hours. I called the driver at 23:01 Pm, He said the will reach in 5 mins and he asked me where is the drop, I told him its near Indian Express near Cunningham it was just 3 to 4 km and the amount was just 80/-. At 23:00 hours onwards i was waiting for the cab with my wife and 1.8 year old son in middle of the road. Is this the right way to behave with a customer.
I am waiting for a reply from ( UBER ) If i dont get a proper reply for your end i will legal action against you ( UBER ) For not fulfilling a customer service and causing inconvenience to a family. I am Attaching the screenshot of the calls made. I Hope you will take action and reply soon.
I should be Compensation for the trouble caused by your driver and been stuck in middle of the road for 30 minutes at 23:30 Pm.
