2. I tried to avail the promo. My promo code did not work.
3. I brought this to the notice o[censored]ber.
4. Promptly i got a reply.

7. They are silent on my specific request as to whether
(A) whether uber has sent the mail or not. (B) whether the sms was sent by uber or not.

8. Again and again they are sending same replies.
9. Their reply to my last mail so disgusting and they are not helping in reaching them that i can escalate the issue further.

It is unfortunate — again and again you are giving same reply. I once again request you to please give specific point wise reply. First you have asked me furnish the screenshot / the mail. I had provided the copy of the mail i received from uber. You are conveniently and purposefully avoiding my straight queries. Pl give reply and clarify the two questions i already posed. I am repeating for the purpose of clarity. (A) whether uber has sent the mail or not. (B) whether the sms was sent by uber or not further, it is not understood as to why at the first place you wanted the screenshot / copy of the mail when you do not want to consider the same. Now you are coolly saying that my account was reviewed and i am not eligible for the promo. You could have reviewed my account (Without asking further details) on your own. Further more, it is not fair to say that the issue is resolved. How can you resolve any issue without consulting / satisfying the effected party. Unfair practice. I would like to escalate this issue further. I would be very happy if you could provide the contact details of the senior level management. Thanks and anticipating a reasoned i repeat reasoned reply. Time is very precious. Let us (Both o[censored]s) not waste. Detailed / reasoned reply is solicited. Regards

The driver is infront of my society with some guys and when I call him he is making excuses that bike is not coming and he wont be able to come .
when I tell him to cancel he says that he cant and then hangs up .
asheesh is the driver [protected] is his number
