My account on Uber is registered with same mobile number and name only.
I had booked UBER ride @ 4:05 AM from Sarai Rohilla Railway Delhi station to Kilokari- Delhi on 13th June 2022. While booking the ride amount of trip was shown was INR 370. At first it was showing 2 mins waiting and after that consecutively 2 rides were cancelled by drivers itself post asking drop location, probably they were not interested to go on said location. Finally ride came @ 4:35 AM and due to which waiting time was 30 mins along with my family members and 1 infant outside railway station.
We took ride with making no changes in the entire process as 2 cabs changes happened by its own and ride started @ 4:35 AM.
Moreover while payment @ drop location billing amount came out to be INR 1252 for travel distance of less than 18 km. Unable to understand that how come a ride booked @ INR 371 and final billing is INR 1252.
How come uber cab afford to make customer harassment with such unprofessional behavior?
Also how come 18 Km distance can be charged with INR 1252
I need immediate reversal of excess charges of INR 881.
Looking forward for positive revert from esteemed organization like Uber.
