My mobile number UBER account deactivated by UBER from 2018 with out explaining any reason. I never defaulted on any payments . I never misused UBER . When i followed up with their "My account deactivated" messsage to their customer response site, they just keep saying they regret but they can not address this issue and keep my account deactivated
Is it good customer services. How any innocent customer who was a regular user with out any incident known to him for any violation T&C can be kept suspended from service.
I think customer has a right to know if they have any fake claim to their system errors on so called violation of T&C. Then we can prove that their claim is wrong and fake Was this information helpful? |
