Uber India — unfair billing on my recent trip with uber

I, sandeep singh, mobile number : [protected], had booked a cab on the 05 dec 2018, on uber go from my residence (House number : 421, sector 55, faridabad) to go to faridabad trade fair, sector 12 huda grounds at 1058 hrs. The distance is 10.4 kms and was picked up and dropped off correctly. The initial charges on the app, while booking showed inr 136.00 to be paid. When i eventually got the bill, to my surprise i was billed for 363.00. The distance traveled has been shown as 26 kms and the time taken for the ride as over 01 hr. We did get stuck in traffic for 10 minutes however we dropped off the cab well within 30 minutes. The billing has been incorrectly charged and i seek a refund of inr 227.00 (Not sure if the driver terminated the journey at the time of drop off or not, because i received the bill only an hour later and not immediately, as i normally do!) i have set up a vredit card payment, and the same is still pending to be paid from my end. I will pay the amount, once the refund is received after correct billing. Many thanks.
