Yesterday at chennai at 10.53 there is a cancellation shown by the driver and i am charged rs.52.50/. I was waiting for the car and to my surprise he never turned up and later cancelled the trip. I had never requested the cancellation of this trip. I am a regular traveller in uber and i am surprised to see this happening in uber for the first time. Hence pl. Investigate and credit the amount deducted in my account. These type of incidents from the drivers affect the credibility o[censored]ber. Pl. Do the needful.
