Uber India — Unknown charge taken by Uber for drive which I was never initiated by me

Uber claimed that on 6th may I book cab & also cash got deducted accidentally by me there account as I was unable to book other cab.

I never Initiated this drive, also contacted help centre but response was pathetic, they didn't provide any trip details as well.

Please check as they are claiming as ligitimate charge, refund not given by them
