This is very sad to say that the image o[censored]ber that was set in my mind is degrading and deterriorating. On 29th of April 2017, I booked a cab from Ajmeri gate to Ritz cinema. The driver named Domnic agreed for the service. After a wait of around 10 minutes I realized that the trip is cancelled by the driver. When I talked to him, first of all he was rude and than when I asked him to come to my location he said that he cancelled the trip. In my next trip I was charged around Rs. 63 for this trip that I never completed. So I would request you to kindly refund the extra amount of Rs 63 that was wasted due to your driver's fault and kindly take some severe action against that driver named, Domnick.
