3 years ago, I was a regular Uber and UberEATS customer. One time, I made an UberEATS order and I got notified that the order will take an hour. I immediately canceled the order due to my having urgent work. I got a call after an hour from the delivery person. I informed him that it was canceled and I have already left. He then said okay and kept the food with him apparently. However, you folks charged me 311 for it. I tried raising a complaint by reporting that order but you did not process it. Then I realized I couldn't use the Uber app as well as it showed the pending charge in that app too. Eventually, I stopped using Uber completely as a result. A few years later UberEATS shut down and then my charge was gone. I could use Uber again and it showed no pending charge. So I continued to use the app again after all these years and was using it peacefully for 4-5 months. But now, since last month, I have found that the charge has reappeared. I am not sure why you are putting the charge when you weren't able to fulfill the original UberEATS order and it's even closed down. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.
