I am a regular UBER user ever since it started service in Kochi. I was a 100% happy customer till yesterday 23.6.17 when I called Mr Aneesh who attended my booking. The moment I saw him coming in his lousy Ritz car I got annoyed. For my surprise his vehicle's a/c and horn both was not working at all. He was speeding through the busy streets as a mad fellow and I got scared. When I questioned about this he replied in a very filthy manner and told me to cancel ride if I want. He even abused me personally and told for this amount you are supposed to get this service only. Naturally I got angry and cautioned him about the poor rating. He challenged me and told he would also complain uber telling that I was under alcoholic influence. Actually I was on the way to hospital where my mother was in ICU. today I got a message from uber saying that I was drunk and such behavior can't be tolerated. I'm totally upset that nobody is there to hear my words. Let me also tell you this was the first such unfortunate incident happened in the last 1000 odd bookings I did with uber. Hope I will get some justice.
