Uber India — unprofessional behaviour of cab driver

Hi uber team,

Pathetic driver pankaj [protected] - has cancelled the ride without informing to me. And why i need to pay 42 rs cancellation charge as driver cancelled the ride not me.
And he even not bothered to call me, i was trying to reach him but he disconnected my phone. Very very unprofessional behavior of cab driver.
Refund my money as this is not at all my fault. It's driver unprofessional behavior.
And also its not about 42 rs., it is the process which everyone should follow. And take restrict action for these types of cab drivers.
