Dear uber customer care,
Just want u to aware about my uber services experience!
Today morning 8:30am i booked cab from madangir dda flats delhi till passport sewa kendra ghaziabad. After confirmed booking when i contact driver he asked me to cancel booking from my side, due to his some up pass expiry. I confirmed from him that it shouldn't be charge to me but the time i canceled the booking it displayed rs 63/- will be charge to my next ride.
Later when i booked 2nd cab & contact driver (Mr. Dinesh das [protected], maruti suzuki swift dzire). He asked me to wait 2 mins, i waited for him 20 mins, called more than 10 times but neither he picked call or revert back.
Finally i booked ola but i got delayed to my very imp. Work just because of your stupid driver service. If this kind of service you provide & unprofessional behave to your regular customer then it would be my last ride to uber.
