My parents had boarded a cab around 10:43 am in the morning, from bangalore hosakote to beml layout main rd, a tata indica cab, the name of the driver was lakshmisha, phone number [protected]. The driver didn’t drop at the destination as he received another booking and was in a rush to leave. He was on top of his voice and insisted to pay the cash as well as warned to block the customer id stating we have pin pointed the wrong destination. Tried to contact uber many ways by raising an issue, calling uber office and lastly the uber website. Neither employees o[censored]ber are interested to resolve issues customers nor are the drivers professional enough. I refuse to pay the amount for the kind of services provided. Irony is that such kind of drivers are rated 4.62. Worst service ever!! I would like every individual to beware of such cab drivers and share as much as possible. Was this information helpful? |
