Uber India — unused trip for which I am penalised.

I was checking the rate card for airport to my home at tvs gardenhills! Ew perungulathur. I have not booked any taxi nor any driver spoke to me. But for my next ride onwards i have been getting a due of rs.58.50 to pay for settlement. Please remove off this due for no fault of mine... Unless this happens i am unable to use your uber offers. Please take immediate action. And send me message... Last week it happened. Shantha sundar
