Uber India — Unusual cancellation and not pick up by driver

I am ajay kumar & my uber registered number is [protected].
I booked uber pool & ubergo many times but without any reason my trip cancelled by driver side and many times i booked ubergo but driver was not agree to come at pickup point and misbehaving with me on call.

Cab no.- up16dt5455
I paid 5-6 times cancellation charge without any reason if i cancelled trip from my side then i did this within time.
My experience with uber was so bad last month.
And i want my all unauthorized charge back.
