I will like to start by saying there is no valid helpline that Uber provides. Phone no [protected] was charged 40 rupees more in my last ride and the reason was given that we are charging for last ride yesterday whereas a ride was never booked. I was never contacted by uber neither did I get any message.
How come they charge more without taking consent. I was informed after the trip was started(not at the time of booking).
Why doesn't Uber have a helpline and if there is one then why is it not mentioned in the app or the website properly in front!!
I was told about the last cancelled trip today. isn't this straight away mugging people.
Look at the time of cancelled invoice I received.
