On 16th Oct 2022 at 2203 IST I had booked from my acc - [protected] CAB to reach my destination. Trip was confirmed and upon calling to the free number, driver sought information about fair details, gave the range instead of exact price. Was then asked to reach to the pick up point and made me to wait for more than 15 mins and then he cancelled the trip in front of me to get better pricing.
Issues like this are rampant (request to cancel the trip and then ask customer to match the price and for the same trip).
I am sure UBER is aware of all these but my humble submission, UBER being MNC, would take appropriate action against the cab WB 17 1895 to send out a stern message and ensure better service.
