As on today, 08 March 2019, the drivers can cancel the cab and there is no way to track it. It is not shown in your list of Rides and you have no way to contact customer care or email them.
Does Uber provides this kind of service world-wide or only in India? WTF is wrong with these people. Maintain a customer care team, suckker.
