This is to bring to your notice that wrong charges of rs.60 is levied on me unnecessarily when actually it is the fault o[censored]ber driver. Inspite of me waiting for him at the said location he didn't turn up as he was not able to trace the place. Later to my disappoint & shock he himself cancelled my ride saying it is not possible for him to reach me. So i request you to immediately reverse the wrong charges of rs.60 levied on me.
