Uber India — Wrong deduction due to cancellation

Yesterday around 6.18 in the evening i booked an uber the driver himself cancelled the trip but i was penalised with a deduction of Rs.60. I want my money to be refunded.
The driver said since he was away he could not come even though i was ready to wait.
After 20mins he only cancelled my trip which is evident from the the picture i am attaching but i was unnecessarily charged 60 rupees more.
So i need a refund of the money asap
