One of the driver on 27th june 2017 did a wrong drop off of my ride .i had mailed for the refund also but no reply received till date. Where should a customer complain and get the refund .when we r not getting support from uber app.
In one of the ride on 27 th june i have been charged rs 508 wherein i had opted for promotion o[censored]berPASS which was rs rs 159 ..I have mailed a compliant against that also but could not get response till now.
Earlier the complaints were solved very quickly by the company.but now it is very difficult to solve customers problem.
Kindly look into the matter.otherwise name of the company is getting spoiled Was this information helpful? |
