Uber India — wrong order provide by uber

Dear Restaurant partner and Uber Team,
Please audit this call external quality and arrange the call back immediately..
Today i have received a order from your stale, however i already talked with Merchant via customer care, inform that please replace the ruti and and rice, while receiving the order its shown ruti is there and rice less quantity also order was totally cold..
So that order was delivered to me from some cheap substandard restaurant..
Also after deliver the order call cx care and talked with Team Leadr Deepak also as well talked with Mr. Gurwinder he said he will take the action regrading this issued and as per promise there are no call back from higher escalation team.. So that arrange the call back from higher person team and audit this call quality team..
