Uber India — wrongly charged cancellation fee

I was wrongly charged cancellation fees when i reported the same, i was told once i pay the same i'll be allowed credits and now they are saying they are unable to do so. Even after complaining i had no response from your side. Do you don't want to retain your customers? Your competitor ola has an excellent customer satisfaction unlike you.
