I travelled with uber and tried paying the balance with the credit card on 16th July against a transaction of Rs 132.00, although the money was debited from my Credit Card account but the transaction was not successfully posted to Uber account.
As per the normal procedure I expected the bank to refund the money, when I approached the bank for the same they said that they have successfully received the acknowledgment from M/s.Mobikwik Uber on 16 July 2015 and they have asked to contact the merchant for this with the below mentioned
Acquirer Reference Number 75503725198006393662452.
Credit Card Number ending 7081
The same issue has happened on 23rd July a total of Rs 142 was debited twice from my account.
I have raised one request with request id '47165173' for the refund of the money, they have replied and asked for screen shots and valid proof. I have send them all the proofs but now they are not at all responding.
Kindly please look into it and do the needful so that I can get my refund back
