On 5th Dec, 2021, I booked your cab and waited for nearly an hour. Your first cab driver kept me waiting and did not answer any of my 10-12 calls and messages and ultimately after 25 minutes, he cancelled the trip. The second cab driver after keeping me waiting also cancelled the trip and replied in a very rude way. Then you connected me to the third cab driver who as usual asked me where I had to go. I was so fed up that I deleted your app from my mobile. All the screenshots are with me. You’ve to compensate me for the extreme mental torment and for the loss of time it caused me.
