Uber — My last trip shows completed after payment buy trip details shows unpaid and not letting me book next ride

My last ride for rupees 203, has been paid as cash to driver as in-app transaction was failing. I updated this detail in uber support page in app, and it now shows trip completed. But in home page it still shows pending to finalize last payment, and not letting me book next ride.
