I booked Uber to travel from home -Worli Mumbai to International Airport Terminal 2 under their compulsory term Non cash . I committed to pay wide Paytm. On 16th Sep 2022 I travelled to Terminal 2 and I tried to pay thru Paytm but I could not . Driver Mr Rizwan has closed the trip and said that since he closed the trip I can not pay on- line and hence asked to pay in Cash . I asked what is the fare he said he does not know, you pay the fare what you saw while booking. so I paid Rs 1002.00 . Afterwards on 18th Sep Paytm has paid Rs 913.2 to Uber for the said Trip so payment was thus duplicated. I wrote to Uber 6-7 times on their support platform but they just dont bother to reply even.
