Uber — overcharging

Hi i booked a cab using uber app bound to my destination of vikaspuri new delhi from mohan garden dwarka. The sub total was rs 148 but i was given a promotional discount of rs 33 and transport fare limit max discount of rs 17 so technically i should be charged rs 99. But this uber driver charged me the entire amount of rs 148. Pls suggest me how to get refund.
