On 13/4/2021, i took an uber ride for whic i have paid the payment to the uber driver Gonesh Gour in cash as it was a cash ride. But the uber is still showing the ride unpaid.
And on asking to resolve the issue they are replying that it is older than 30 days so they cant do fare adjustment.
Whereas they can ask the customer to do fare adjustment for the trip which is older than 30 days.
