Uber — Uber charged me for a cancellation where the driver denied service.

Hi,

Today for the first time I took Uberpool, everything was fine until my driver asked me to pay.
-Today on 1st June 2016, at 3:11pm I booked the Uberpool for the first time.
-It came at my office (Pritech Park SEZ, Building 6B, Bellandur Village, Vathur Hobli, , Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 56010) at 3:21pm with another lady.
She got down first and the driver dropped me later at my destination, he told me to pay Rs. 92.
-I had taken UberGo several times before and for the same distant with the same traffic have paid Rs. 80.
- Before selecting the Uberpool I checked for the estimated fare it showed Rs.42
- Even my the app receipt in my phone showed me Rs. 42 as my fare.
-I did not know how to reach you guys, the driver gave me the customer care number for drivers.
-At 3:43pm I dialed [protected], I lady spoke to be with a accent with a"I DON"T CARE' attitude and asked me to drop a mail to some mail ID.
- I again showed the driver my phone and showed him that my phone shows Rs 42, and I will pay so. And driver showed his, poor guy he did not have much to do about it, because his phone showed Rs. 91.something.
- After requesting him to dial to his customer support, he spoke to Rajveer/Tejveer Singh and handled over his phone to me.
-When I explained him everything, he told me that I was charged for my previous due/cancellation charges.
-I requested him and told him that I did not make any cancellation and the driver refused to come pick me and my family on 20th May 2016, some 10 days ago at 8:30pm from central railway station, Chennai, Tamilnadu.
-There were several cabs that me and my husband booked through Uber
and none of the drivers were ready to pick us up.
-Please check the uber database for bookings made from my and my husband's phone number( with the above details you will get my phone number) and my husband number is same as mine except for the second last digit.

-Finally we had to take an auto after 6 hours journey from Bangalore to Chennai inter city double decker train, as all the attempts to get a cabby to drop us at Pallikarnai(Chennai), tamil nadu failed because none of the drivers were willing to drop us.
-One of the drivers who denied us the service also charged a cancellation fees, PATHETIC
-Me and my husband were pissed off because of the uber service in chennai, however we were on vacation and did not have enough time to raise it to UBER then.

-MY CONCERNS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
-Why does uber not have a customer care toll free number for its riders?
-The Customer care executives for drivers and extremely rude, with no etiquette and manners to talk to a customer in Vein.
-After a ride is booked on uber, does uber make sure if the driver is willing to drive the rider to the riders destination?, If Yes, why does a driver ask/request/deny to the rider for the ride?
-Why was I charged Rs.50 as a cancellation which was the drivers intent and NOT mine.

I have not dropped this mail for a mere Rs.50, however its my anger towards UBER, I have not only spent extra MONEY on UBER's un-professionalism but also a lot of time trying to sort out things between the drivers.

This behavior is unexceptable!!

I need a call back and an explanation on the whole episode, I believe I deserve it!
