Uber — unethical behavior | |||||
I opted uber (Go) cab for my mom. After some time cab driver came. Mom wanted to confirm the driver name to ensure that he's the person (Driver) from uber. He rudely said can't you confirm with the cab number and asked her to get down from the cab and left. My mom felt unpleasant and as she's alone and old, she stepped out of the cab. She called me back and cry. Driver cancelled the trip and company asking me to pay for that transaction. Where my mom standing all alone and looking for the help. Uber don't know all these and they don't even bother about customers. They cut adds fantabulous saying that they care customers. But, they really not. They trust and care their employees for the company beneficiary. Suggestion: if you people really bother about customers then put some cc tv's in the cab. So, that you could know the fact that how customers are suffering with your drivers. And more over you don't have the customer care services where we can call for the help.
