On 15.09.2017, i booked uber from begun bazar. I got a message that driver will come and pick us up. But driver called and told that he cannot come and instead asked us to come to a spot for pickup. I walked all the way to the spot with heavy luggage but he didn't come there. Then he called us and told that he is cancelling the ride by himself. Then i requested that he cannot do that as i will be charged for that. Then he very rudely told us to pay the cancellation charged. I informed him that i will lodge a complaint against him, he told to do whatever i can. And i got a message that an amount of rs.47 was debited against cancellation. I am really shocked with his attitude. I request you to take action against such behavior, so that it will not be repeated with others...
