Ubercabs — Lazy drivers cancelling booked trips and R.60 being dumped on riders | |||||
I am D.Vittal Rao, Alwal. on august 15 2016 login into uber account, with mobile [protected]. I had bitter experiences with some Uber inefficieny and lazy drivers. 1. On 26 sep 2016 i booked a cab from Alpha hotel to Alwal, some drover got connected and when i called he said he was in the traffic, on several phone calls he not reported and i got the massage the said driver had to cancel, i was standing at same Alpha hotel waiting for him, immediately i booked another Uber cab, the driver reported immediately, but after reaching destination i was charged Rs 60/- more than the trip as cancellation fee. I emailed to Uber but no responce. Today[protected] two simultaneous incidents happened with me at 5.30 pm and 6 pm, similarly two drivers were ruluctant to obey their Uber team pooling pickup riders, as a result when i took a trip at 9 pm fro Alpha to Alwal I had to shell 120/-(60/-+60/-) more for said two drivers cancellation. It is unfair on the part o[censored]ber to mint money from customers, xustomers with urgency only book cabs and wait eagerly for the Cabs, the inefficient drivers from various cultures do not maintain quality...bye Was this information helpful? | |||||
