Money debited no way of credit back
I have ordered a food and it got cancelled but they took my money. They have help through app and raised there. They asked lot of details like bank screenshot,.. It is gone more than 10 days still i have not got my money back. They r saying tech issue etc. Simply closing tickets as resolved.
Yesterday another cheating happen they told we gave as uber credit as your money. Again i ordered and that didn't work and tool money from my card instead. Again they are saying wait 5 to 7 days.
Very worst customer support. No email or phone follow up for customer issue.
