Ubereats India — uber eats cancelled the food delivery after 2 hours in night

I had order dinner for myself at 8 45 pm on 31st august 2019, but as time passed by the expected time of arrival kept on changing from 9 15 to 9 22 then to 9 30 and so on.

So as i had faced similar issue with ubereats before that couldn't deliver me food till 11 30 pm in the night, so i called the customer service and asked them if the food would be delivered and i was told that they are searching for the delivery person for pick up. So asked i told them about my previous experience and asked them to confirm my food delivery asap.
But at 10 15 pm i see that the order has been cancelled.
So what happens next, they refund me the money then what i dont see an apology from them, i was left with nothing for dinner again.

I want uber to answer my question that if you can charge extra money at peak times and then what the hell is wrong with your service that if the order cant be delivered even then you guys make us wait for 2-3 hours and leave us lame.
